Multi-Family Large Building MEASUREMENT | 8 hrs | Zoom Meeting | April 2, 2026 | 8am-5pm Central |$160

    This is an 8-hour continuing education course for radon measurement professionals. The demand for professionals in this area has been fueled by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mortgage requirements for multifamily property purchase refinancing, or rehabilitation. The HUD requirements include radon testing of multifamily buildings according to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard on multifamily buildings radon mitigation. This course focuses on the ANSI/AARST SGM-MFLB-2023 standard.
